I have currently reserved a conference room that will accommodate fifty people. I would like to know if you know how many people will be in attendance. Should you require more room, I will have to see if a bigger conference room is fee. As you requested, I set up the projector. I did, however, want to double check what type of computer your presenter will be using as the projector cables differ for a PC and a Mac. I’ll be in and out of meetings this morning but if you leave a voice mail outlining my questions I can facilitate the arrangements.
