Sample 1:

There is no doubt that food is an essential part of living for human lives and the most fundamental need of preparing food is to fulfill a basic human need: hunger. Undoubtedly, with the latest inventions in the market, preparing food has become much easier compared to the old days. In regard to this fact, I am of the opinion that people spend less time preparing food and can utilize this time in other professional tasks.

To begin with, people’s lifestyles have changed drastically over the last few decades. It is justifiable evidence that people spend most of their time working to have a better life. Such people prefer to buy ready-made food or use processed food to feed themselves. Cooking processed food is not an arduous task and is less time-consuming. It is a significant improvement in saving time and using it more productively. For instance, companies like Safa Meat have different versions of processed meat readily available which are easy to prepare and can be consumed in minutes. Apart from ready-made food, the availability of modern cooking tools like rice cookers, air-fryers etc., has made cooking easier. They consume less time and help in preparing healthy food as per your choice. In addition, companies make a huge profit on a year-by-year basis, which supports the claim that processed food is a sustenance hit among individuals.

On the other hand, there are some downsides to easily cooked food. These foods not only cause health problems but also make people obese. Consequently, people with busy life schedules do not maintain a healthy diet and easily become addicted to these items, only to discover their harmful effects at a later date.

In conclusion, the advancement of technology has led to easy preparation of foods and eliminated many problems faced in traditional methods of cooking. However, there are certain fast food items people should stay away from to prevent possible health problems.

Sample 2:

With the advantages of technology, the human has shifted to a lifestyle in which individual requirement for delicious food has emerged not just to fulfil the hunger. They want to enjoy a diverse range of foods with varying tastes and for that have invented many new and complex recipes. They want to do it easily and swiftly with the help of modern tools and technology. Has this really improved our lifestyle or has done more harms? Let us examine this in the following essay.

People want to enjoy a diverse type of food – prepare them at home or eat at expensive restaurants. People want to try new cuisines both at home and at restaurants and they want to be served promptly. This is where the modern equipment takes part in, and food preparation nowadays is easier and faster and this has definitely enhanced our lifestyle as it allows us to enjoy food, not just satisfy our tummy.

Moreover, modern tools like the rice cooker, microwave oven, slicer, mixer, electric heater and so on make the cooking process quick and convenient. This saves a great deal of time, unlike the past when someone had to be busy all day preparing meals for the family. People now have more time for recreation, hobbies and for the family. For students, busy corporates, businessmen and researchers, this improvement remarkably enhances their lifestyle.

On the downside, the advancements in food preparation methods have led to the growth of fast-food industries and their restaurants pop up everywhere, like mushrooms after the rain. This might seem convenient for those who do not have time to prepare food at home, but the health hazards are even greater. The obesity rate is skyrocketing in western countries and more people, these days, are suffering from health-related issues.

In conclusion, the latest technology has undeniably improved the quality of individuals’ living standard but not without a cost. To make the best of this development we have to avoid junk food but prepare more nutritious food at home.

Sample 3:

Food is one of the fundamental needs of human lives, and from the ancient period till this ultra-modern tech-time people have invented different ways to prepare and customise foods. The improvement has definitely enhanced our lifestyle as we have more time to do more productive things.

To begin with, the customs and ways people prepare foods and present to others vary depending on the race, culture and country. But the most fundamental need of preparing foods is to fulfil the very basic human need- hunger. Preparing foods was very cumbersome in the past but with the advancement of human knowledge and technology, men have created many devices and made many new ways of easily making foods. The number of restaurants and fast-food shops are ever increasing and that has omitted the need to prepare the food at all. The advanced technology like rice cookers, meal cookers and easy availability of ingredients nowadays help people to prepare food in no time and that has improved the way of people’s lifestyle. People now spend less time preparing food and can utilise this time in other tasks like professional tasks, reading, entertainment and spending time with family and friends. Thus, people get more productive and social because of the increased time they have.

Quick food has become very popular, which omits the needs of cooking and professionals, students and businessperson are having those foods during their lunchtime. This is a significant improvement in saving time and using it more productively. Though fast foods have some health issues, the ever-increasing popularity of it shows the need to have more time in our busy life and saving this time from the allotted time from cooking. The cooking machines help the housewives to prepare the foods easily and they do not have to spend time in a hot kitchen to prepare food. This is a leap towards a modern life where foods can be prepared virtually anywhere and in few minutes.

In summary, the improved way of cooking helps people nowadays to save time and cook in a more convenient place. This helps them to spend time on more important things and lead a life without much hassle.

Sample 4:

Most of the food items that were hard to prepare and restricted to experienced chefs are now easily available off the shelf or are made easy to prepare with modern recipes. But like any other thing, this also has its advantages and disadvantages.

Firstly, most of these foods are high in saturated fats and eventually lead to obesity. They cannot become substitutes for our staple diet that is still not so easy to prepare due to nature of its cooking methods. For example, for most of the Indians, the staple diet includes a combination of Indian bread, pulses and curries. It is not possible to make it much easier even using modern equipment or methods. Secondly, most of the easy to prepare food items either have a very little shelf life or they need to be kept frozen (or both). Thus, they cannot match the nutrition of freshly prepared traditional home food.

Having said that, these easy to prepare food items are a boon to students or other people, who stay away from home. They are definitely better than eating in restaurants or street food. Although not as good as home food, they definitely purpose the purpose to get “home-like” food. Also, most of these food items come with handy instructions and pre-mixed ingredients. With simple instructions, anybody can cook most of the recipes now. This has made life easier for many across the globe.

With the advent of easy availability of raw ingredients, it has not become much easier to cook recipes at home that was previously possible to cherish only in high-end restaurants. For instance, the Italian pasta, which requires many types of sauces, is now easy to prepare at home and all these sauces are now just a call away from a local grocery shop.

In conclusion, this is a much welcomed and positive change, and it has definitely improved our lives.

Sample 5:

Over the past decade, the food industry has experienced tremendous growth and improvements. This, together with technological advancements, has made it much easier to prepare food and cook at home.

Ready-made meals, which are bought frozen or canned from the shops, are the great lifesaver for those who work since all that is needed is to defrost or open the can and enjoy. Although this is a method of preserving all the goods, the freshly prepared food is definitely better for health. Many of the vitamins and minerals may be lost during the freezing or canning process.

Technology, on the other hand, has speeded up the food preparation process. Kitchen aid tools such as electric choppers and grinders reduce the entire workload, and the food can be prepared in the blink of an eye. Not only it requires less effort compared to the past, but it also saves time, which can be put to other tasks.

The other technological advancement that has helped with food preparation is microwave ovens. This device benefits from short waves that can penetrate food easily and thus cook or warm the food very quickly. In spite of being a huge advancement and time and energy efficient, long-term studies and scientific evidence are not supporting the use of such devices, and they are being blamed for at least minor risks if used on a long-term daily basis.

In conclusion, the process of food preparation has become much easier nowadays and this has had both positive and negative effects on our lives. Every individual should consider wisely how to prepare their food to ensure good health.

Sample 6:

Food is one of the fundamental needs of the people. People are slowly increasing passion towards the taste of the food and some people are becoming crazy about the food. These people always require different tastes and invent new and easy methods to prepare food. These new inventions always change the lifestyle and let us discuss how it made the difference in our life.

Old is gold always. Certain people do not want to miss the raw taste and use the new machinery like mixers or grinders. They want to prepare in old style without machinery and grasp the complete taste of food. Still, my grandfather never uses machinery and enjoys the raw taste.

There is always another side of the coin. Nowadays, people are becoming busy and don’t have time to spend much for cooking food. So, they started inventing new methods which made cooking easy. People invented new types of machinery like gas stoves, induction stoves, cookers, mixers and so on. All these inventions changed people’s lifestyle. It saved people’s time and people started investing time in other activities. And these new inventions also produced good taste and different varieties and caused a dramatic change in lifestyle. I always use all possible machinery to prepare tasty food for my family. And especially in restaurants, chefs use the latest technology to prepare tasty food, and this has changed the lifestyle too. Nowadays people can get food with whatever calories they want in their daily life

In conclusion, I prefer to prepare tasty food in easy methods using the latest machinery.

Sample 7:

Compared with people in the past, we concern far less on the preparation of food today, thanks to the development of agriculture and scientific technology. A fair amount of beneficial influence is occurring to us consequently.

The first to be benefited are travellers. It has been much probable for one to carry out the plan of a trip or expedition to remote areas. As a matter of fact, diverse types of food are designed for outdoor trips, for example, compressed biscuit. Without worrying about starving, a man can push it to the limit wherever he would like to go - Mount Everest or the South Pole.

For most common people, it has been realistic to put their energy mainly on other aspects, work or interest, rather than what to have for meals. Some prefer working all the time in order to earn as much money as they can. Others develop their interests or hobbies like sports, musical instruments, or photographing. Whatever people choose to spend time on, they feel their lives are satisfying and fulfilling.

Attitude toward life matures as well. Humans are no longer bothered with the preparation of food. Our focus now is to improve the standard of life: how to make things more effective? Thus, numerous significant achievements have taken place recently in every subject. Sciences and technologies, arts and humanities are swiftly striding forward and still accelerating. Therefore, without concerning about food preparation, the pattern of human evolvement changes fundamentally.

To conclude, the benefits to both individuals and the whole human race are clearly demonstrated. And I believe that food preparation will account for even less in our lives in the future.

Sample 8:

Advancement in technology, such as microwave ovens and rice cookers, has provided efficient options for cooking food. This has reduced the overall time required for cookery. Thus, it is believed that this has enhanced the lifestyle of the human being to a greater extent. In this essay, we will analyse how these methods allow people to spend their spare time practising their hobbies and provide healthy food options for young people.

To begin with, availability of new methodologies has minimised the cooking period making it possible for them to utilise this span for enjoying the skills of their interest. For instance, using rice cooker usually takes half the time when compared to the conventional gas cooking. This example clearly shows that the individuals who prefer this cooker will manage to get some extra idle time for them. Thus, it is obvious that this moment can be efficiently used for improving their expertise as well as for the relaxing purpose.

In addition, students can cook food for themselves with the aid of these advance innovations and hence, they can feed on the healthy home-made food. A good illustration for this is the utilisation of microwave by the bachelors who have to stay away from the family for study or work purposes. Usage of this microwave enables them to cook food quickly since very few steps are involved in microwave cooking and thereby, they do not need to depend on restaurants for food. As a consequence, the health condition of these young people is maintained since they will intake less amount of artificial food.

From the above examples, the benefits of easy methodologies for preparation of the culinary are difficult to debunk. It is thus hoped that more development will take place in regard to cooking which will ease the life of the masses in the foreseeable future.

Sample 9:

Unlike earlier times, cooking as a process has become compact and facile today.  Now the question is, has this affected our lifestyle? Or is it unbiased? Gone are those days when mother used to spend hours in a hot kitchen for cooking nutritious food for her family members. Fast food being the buzzword of today, all find little or no time to cook for themselves and their family. As a result, processed or easy to cook foods flood the market these days. However, this has brought some dramatic changes to the quality of our lifestyles, though with a few health concerns as discussed below.

In this era of globalisation, where work and time dictate your day, seldom does one find time to cook a full course lunch or dinner. Since both parents work urban world witness more and more children thriving on fast foods like burger, sandwich etc. It is natural that parents are not getting enough time to cook more ethnic food for them; instead, they work more to earn more, thus improving their lifestyle. People find more time to spend with family than before. An exemplification would be that of a busy office lady late from work, prepares an easy-to-cook meal for dinner and prefers to spend time from the kitchen with children. The improvement in the system would be a stronger family bonding! Likewise, a student finds these easy foods a real boon during their hostel days when both time and skill to cook are scanty.

Travellers are another category who admire easy-to-prepare meals, like cooking during a picnic or a business tour would be cumbersome. This also facilitates more family picnics and outings together. A quick breakfast like an egg sandwich would be the best buy for a student on that given exam day! So would be it for a working mother on an office meeting day! So, it is a matter of fact, that the new trend in food preparation has had an impact on our lifestyle. It has helped us to improve our quality of life.

Now turning on the coin, do these fast foods or easy to cook meals pose a health threat? Many studies show a steep climb in the number of cancerous patients in the United States in recent years. One main factor considered responsible for this is frozen and fast foods. The burgers and sandwiches come with a hand full of issues that can harm your health. A majority of fast food is prepared in oil with saturated fats that can cause problems to your body systemic circulation. Consumed on a daily basis, it can lead you to cardiac problems even.

To conclude I would say that though it comes with a few health concerns, the easy-to-cook trend has definitely improvised our quality of life. Now much depends on our conscience to use fast foods only when it is an absolute necessity - for example on a busy day at the office!

Sample 10:

Thanks to advancements in terms of cookery and food preservation, many people have easy access to food now. It is an irrefutable fact that kitchen appliances have become more sophisticated, and they would ease the cooking process. In this essay, I attempt to give some reasons why these considerable changes enhance individual’s lifestyle.

Over the past decades, prepared food has become a major intake in our diet. It unbelievably has become popular among people, especially the youth. However, some have a controversial perception of it. Fast foods would help people to save their time in cooking. Therefore, people tend to dedicate their time to their occupational assignments. In fact, it could help employees to have more spare time to acquire professional skills rather than just merely waste their precious time cooking.

Another crucial aspect of advanced technology to provide a faster way to make food is that families have more time for recreational activities. For instance, if parents allocate a significant amount of their time to upbringing the children, it can make a valuable impact on the children’s personalities. It is invariably thought that children’s need to have sufficient food is important, but the most substantial matter is that they must be reassured that their parent’ affection is true. Thus, spending the massive amount of time for bringing up the children would justify this notion.

Finally, I must assert that, despite some debatable arguments against advanced cookery, it has altered our lifestyle in a good way. In my opinion, critics of prepared food unfairly exaggerate the drawbacks of this practice. It is important to be neutral about this and weigh up the benefits and boons of fast food in an unbiased way.

Sample 11:

Food has always been a priority for the human species, and they have continually invented ways to produce more food, more recipes, preserve them and make them delicious and healthy. The development of technology has brought advantages, improving the way we live in general, and the way we prepare our meals. So that it has brought more efficiency to our life.

Food is the primary need for any species from the smallest (micro-species) to the tallest, strongest and the most intelligent – the human. It is completely incomparable the ways we used to prepare food centuries ago with that of the modern era. For example, the human race was denominated by nomads, moving from places to places in search of food, while men had to hunt animals for meat. All of these are no longer applicable in the modern society. However, if we compare food preparation and preservation with that of a few decades earlier, we are few miles ahead of them.

Our need to invest less time in cooking and more time for professional and family needs has been possible because we have modern devices like the burner, microwave oven, rice cooker, pressure cooker, electric heater, refrigerator and so on. With the help of the internet, anyone these days can be a cook and prepare meals native to other countries. The advancement of technology has brought a huge range of devices and many of them have eliminated the need for a long and complex process to prepare food or drinks. For instance, a coffee maker enables anyone to enjoy a cup of coffee any time he wishes. With those appliances, we have more time to relieve our daily stress, meet friends, do exercises or works, concentrate on our hobbies and so on. We must thank the technology for a richer and easier life.

Some disadvantages of this trend are pointed out by a group of people and those demerits should not be overlooked. Modern devices have negative environmental impacts and health hazards to an extent.

To conclude, taking references from history, the way our century-old ancestors lived in the past, our life transformed greatly due to the advancement of technology, especially in the food-making process. The human species has now more time to dedicate to useful activities.

Sample 12:

In recent years, food preparation has become easier due to technological advancements, making it possible to prepare meals in less time than before. Some people believe that this change has improved the way people live. However, in my opinion, this change has not necessarily had a positive impact on the way people live.

The negative impact of this change is far greater than we might think. The increased convenience of food preparation has led to a greater reliance on fast food and processed meals. This has resulted in an increase in health problems, such as obesity and heart disease. We opt for processed food and use modern devices and cooking appliances to prepare our food. As a result, the food we eat contains little nutritional value and more ingredients that are harmful to us.

Additionally, the lack of time spent preparing food can lead to a decline in cooking skills, making it difficult for people to prepare healthy meals from scratch. For instance, many working professionals in modern cities do not know how to prepare a healthy homemade meal, and as a result, eat fast food even when they have time to cook and eat at home. This is a serious decline in our lifestyle and food choices.

In conclusion, while the ease of food preparation may have some benefits, it has also led to a greater reliance on unhealthy, processed foods. Therefore, it is important to incorporate healthier meals into our diets. Modern cooking appliances and technology may have saved us some time but at the cost of our health and well-being.

Sample 13:

In recent years, food preparation has become much easier and more convenient due to the development of technology and innovation. The use of pre-packaged meals, microwave ovens, and food delivery services, for example, has drastically changed the way people prepare and consume food. In this essay, I will argue that this change has improved the way people live.

Firstly, easier food preparation has enabled people to save time and effort. With busy lifestyles, many people struggle to find time to cook and prepare healthy meals. Pre-packaged meals, microwave ovens and food delivery services provide a quick and easy solution, which allows people to spend more time on other important tasks, such as work or family. This saves time and effort, reduces stress, and enhances productivity.

Secondly, easier food preparation has led to greater access to healthier food options. With the rise of meal kit delivery services and online grocery shopping, people can easily access fresh and healthy ingredients that they might not have been able to find before. This change has encouraged people to eat healthier and make more informed food choices, leading to better health outcomes. For instance, someone with the help of technology can order fresh vegetables, meat and fruits and then get help from the internet to prepare a healthy menu. This was unimaginable in the past.

In conclusion, the ease and convenience of modern food preparation have improved people’s lives by saving time and effort, promoting healthier food options, and reducing stress. While there may be some drawbacks, I believe that the advantages of easier food preparation will continue to benefit individuals and society as a whole.

Sample 14:

The advancements in technology have indeed made food preparation easier, and I firmly believe that this has significantly improved the way people live.

Firstly, the ease of food preparation has saved a considerable amount of time for individuals. In the past, preparing a meal used to be a time-consuming process, including steps like gathering ingredients, preparing them and cooking. However, with the introduction of ready-to-cook meals, microwaves and other modern kitchen appliances, the time required to prepare meals is reduced. This saved time can be utilized for other productive activities, such as pursuing hobbies, spending time with family, or focusing on personal development.

Secondly, the use of food preparation has also contributed to a more diverse diet. With the availability of various cooking methods and recipes online, individuals can easily try out different cuisines from around the world. This not only adds variety to the diet but allows individuals to enjoy a wide range of flavours and nutrients.

Lastly, the ease of food preparation has made it possible for individuals to maintain a healthier lifestyle. With the availability of various healthy food options and easy-to-follow healthy recipes, individuals are more likely to cook at home rather than rely on fast food or processed food. This has a positive impact on their health and well-being.

In conclusion, the ease of food preparation brought by modern technology has indeed improved the way people live by saving time, promoting dietary diversity and encouraging a healthier lifestyle. Therefore, I agree that this change is beneficial.

Sample 15:

Humankind has undergone many changes in eating habits from the period when he hunted for himself to the era when he has become dependent on processed food. Obviously, it has become easier to prepare nowadays. However, whether or not this change has improved people’s lives is controversial.

To begin with, preparation for food, now, is much easier than ever before. With the development of technology, there are more and more equipment which helps people cook a meal easily such as stoves, microwaves cooking, refrigerators. For my country for an example, rice is a dish which cannot be absent in our daily meals, and with electronic cookers, it is so easy to prepare that a little child can do it. All things he needs to do is put rice and water into the cooker and press a button, then it takes only about fifteen minutes to have a dish. Furthermore, there are more and more processed food or cooked food, and with those foods, to prepare a meal is becoming not only easier, but also faster. Taking my favourite dish for an example, it is called nuddle, and it is really simple to prepare: put it into a bowl then pour boiled water into and wait about five minutes I can have a meal.

This change, in fact, makes the life of busy people more convenient. Instead of spending hours preparing in the past, now, people can have a meal by themselves just in a short time with some special equipment and precooked foods. People can use the fridge to save time for going to stores to buy food. In the past, they have to buy food every day because they could not store food in their home for long time; however, now they can buy food enough for a week without worrying whether food is going to spoilt with a fridge. It means that people have more time for working, relaxing or studying.

However, personally, I do not think that this change has improved our lives. In fact, this convenience can cause some health problems and one of the outstanding ones is the increase in the number of overweight people recently. People have eaten so much fast foods for precooked foods which contain so much sugar, and fatty nutrients.

In conclusion, the change in the way people prepare food makes our lives more convenient, especially for busy people. However, it does not mean that this change has improve living standard of humankind.

Sample 16:

These days, new modern kitchen appliances have made cooking food a lot easier than the past. This has improved the lifestyle of people for good because it saves them a lot of time and allows both spouses to be employed.

Firstly, preparing meals is one of the most time-consuming household chores. In the past, housewives used to expend hours to prepare all the meals of the day, however, these days, they are being assisted by the modern technology available in the kitchen. For example, a few years back, on average one meal like dinner used to take 1-2 hours, whereas this can be prepared within 30-45 minutes with the aid of the latest kitchen appliances as we just have to set some settings on the machine.

Secondly, this phenomenon also allowing both men and women to be employed. Earlier, females, especially in countries like India, had to perform distinct household tasks, such as cooking meals, doing dishes and washing clothes, but these days there are machines to do these routine chores. Therefore, women can also participate in the workforce of the nation apart from just taking care of household chores. For instance, both my uncle and aunt work as they have some wonderful appliances to do cooking as well as other chores.

In conclusion, modern technology has made cooking a lot easier and quicker. I believe that this has helped people in improving the way they live because it saves time and efforts and allows both spouses to do a job.

Sample 17:

As an old adage goes: “You are what you eat”, there are few things that could be more important than food. Consequently, we spend a great deal of time and energy on planning and making our meals. The fact that food preparation has become easier is, in my opinion, a great improvement in that it frees up time that can be spent doing other things. However, this is not the only advantage of recent advancements in the cooking department.

Before the development of ready-made foods, electric stoves and microwaves, cooking was a full-time job that was usually carried out by women, who then did not have time to do many other things, including pursuit of a career outside the home. The fact that food has become easier, and thereby faster, to prepare has therefore had a huge impact on women and on their options in life. One could even go so far as to say that it has had a direct impact on the emancipation of women and thus has improved their lives considerably.

In addition to the freed-up time, there are other advantages of easier food preparation. Having better implements for cooking at our disposition, we are more likely to be creative at the stove and try out new dishes and cuisines. For example, having a food processor in the house allows me to make things like smoothies, pestos and soups that would be hard work to make by hand. As a result, there is more variety on the menu, and there is the added satisfaction of creating interesting dishes that were previously unavailable.

To sum up, it is easy to see how advancements in the kitchen department have greatly improved the lives we lead. Not only have the developments freed women from the stove, but they have also made cooking more fun and interesting, bringing new options to the table.

Sample 18:

The contemporary epoch has witnessed a noteworthy evolution in the method of preparing food, profoundly impacting the people’s lifestyle. This shift in culinary convenience has undeniably brought about substantial enhancements in the standard of living of a significant section of the society. In our opinion, although it has some positive influence on the lives of people, there are also downsides to it. Both these aspects will be addressed in the subsequent paragraphs.

The primary reason is the increased accessibility of readily available food. In other words, ease of preparing meals has conserved valuable time and energy of individuals, permitting them to allocate these resources to other crucial aspects of their lives, such as their professional careers, academic prospects, or the opportunity to spend quality time with their loved ones. Resultantly, this level of convenience has also alleviated the pressure in regard to daily cooking routines, making life more manageable.

In addition, the presence of a wide range of nutritious and easily consumable food alternatives which can be utilised during cooking has had proven to be fruitful for individuals’ dietary choices. To explain, this has empowered people by escalating their control over the proportion of food they consume and the nutrients they intake, thus promoting the adoption of healthier eating habits. As a consequence, overall physical health and well-being can be improved.

Conversely, it is essential to acknowledge that the demerits of convenience of easily prepared foods should be considered. These encompass the risk of excessive reliance on processed and unhealthy eating options like frozen food, which can negatively affect health and pave its way to several ailments.

In conclusion, although the ease of preparing food has benefited the public, it also has a negative aspect associated with it. Therefore, striking a balance between convenience and a nutritious diet is vital in order to fully benefit from this transformation.

Sample 19:

Nowadays, food has become easier to prepare. With this change, people can have a better dinner with fewer efforts and can have more time for other activities. This is why, in my point of view, the change has improved the way people live.

First of all, people have saved their efforts from cooking. In the past, people have to prepare all the material for cooking themselves, which always occupied too much time. Now, it has changed. People can buy half-done food from the supermarket, which has simplified the cooking process. What they need to do is to finish the rest of the food preparation. Also, more and more convenient cookers have occurred. These cookers have helped to save cooking time greatly. People do not have to wait for as a long time as before cooking. In this case, the easier food preparation has improved the way people live.

Another reason that this change has improved the way people live is that people can have more time to enjoy other activities. Since people do not have to put as much time as before, they can plan more other activities. For example, they may do more exercise to build their body, or they can spend more time on their hobbies. In another words, people can spend more time on other beneficial things. Therefore, with easier food preparation, the way people lived has been improved.

In conclusion, this change has improved the way people live because it has made it easier for people to have a wonderful dinner at home and people can spend more time on their interests.

Lời giải

Sample 1:

The issue of addressing the global challenge of feeding a rapidly expanding population has spurred discussions about potential solutions, including the adoption of Genetically Modified (GM) foods. While some proponents argue that GM foods present a viable answer to this problem, I fundamentally disagree. The potential risks associated with GM foods and the availability of alternative sustainable approaches make me skeptical about their efficacy as a long-term solution.

To begin with, Genetically Modified foods often involve the manipulation of organisms' genetic makeup to enhance desirable traits, such as increased crop yield or resistance to pests. While this may seem promising in theory, the unintended consequences of genetic modification could pose significant risks to human health and the environment. For instance, allergens or toxins could be inadvertently introduced into GM crops, leading to adverse effects on consumers. The release of genetically modified organisms into the environment could also disrupt natural ecosystems and harm biodiversity.

Additionally, the push for GM foods detracts attention and resources from more sustainable and holistic agricultural practices that have the potential to address food security challenges without compromising safety. Agroecological approaches, such as crop rotation, agroforestry, and integrated pest management, offer environmentally friendly alternatives to intensive monocultures and chemical-based farming. These methods promote soil health, water conservation, and biodiversity, all of which are crucial for ensuring the long-term sustainability of food production.

In conclusion, while the growing global population necessitates innovative solutions for food security, I am opposed to the idea that GM foods offer a viable remedy. The potential risks to human health and the environment, coupled with the availability of more sustainable agricultural practices, make me doubtful about the long-term efficacy of genetically modified foods. Instead of relying solely on GM foods, it is imperative to explore diverse and sustainable approaches that prioritize both human well-being and the planet's health.

Sample 2:

To tackle food shortages, many scientists recommend genetically modified (GM) food as a solution. Despite some concerns regarding this solution, I strongly believe that this is the future for food security.

The first benefit that GM foods offer is that it has significantly higher yield compared to traditional crops. GM foods have their genes altered to reproduce their cells quicker, leading to faster crop productions. Also, GM foods are capable of withstanding harsh environments, such as during winters and dry summers. Another benefit of consuming more GM foods is that they require fewer pesticides, contrary to popular belief. Because scientists design GM foods to be resistant to common pests, farmers do not need to spray pesticides as regularly as they would growing traditional crops.

However, despite these benefits, there are some concerns that researchers should revisit before populating GM foods. The first concern is the impact GM crops have on the ecosystem. Because these crops are known to be resistant to pests, it could lead to the eradication of pest species. As a result, this can disrupt the ecosystem’s balance. The second concern is that, due to GM crops’ high efficiency and rapid growth, they can easily become an invasive species with unhealthy farming practices. This problem, aside from damaging the ecosystem, also has adverse effects on the economy. For example, if one plot destined to grow a certain plant gets invaded by another species, farmers will experience a loss of income.

In conclusion, although admittedly, there are some legitimate concerns for GM foods, I still strongly agree that GM crops are the most feasible solution to the global food shortage.

Sample 3:

Feeding the ever-growing world population is undoubtedly a significant challenge that needs to be addressed. Some individuals argue that genetically modified (GM) foods could provide a viable solution to this problem. In my opinion, while GM foods may offer certain benefits, they also come with potential risks and drawbacks that need to be carefully considered.

Proponents of GM foods argue that they can help increase crop yields, improve nutritional content, and enhance resistance to pests and diseases. This, they claim, would enable farmers to produce more food on less land, ultimately helping to feed a larger population. Additionally, GM foods have the potential to withstand harsh environmental conditions, such as drought or extreme temperatures, making them more resilient and reliable sources of food.

However, it is important to acknowledge the concerns surrounding GM foods. Critics argue that the long-term health and environmental impacts of consuming and cultivating GM crops are not yet fully understood. There are also ethical considerations, such as the potential for corporate control over the food supply and the loss of biodiversity. Furthermore, the introduction of GM crops into natural ecosystems could have unforeseen consequences, disrupting delicate ecological balances.

In conclusion, while GM foods may offer some potential benefits in addressing the challenge of feeding a growing world population, the risks and uncertainties associated with their widespread adoption cannot be ignored. It is crucial to conduct thorough research and risk assessments to ensure that the benefits outweigh the potential drawbacks. Ultimately, a balanced approach that takes into account the needs of both current and future generations is necessary to tackle this pressing issue.

Sample 4:

Whether GM foods are the ultimate answer to address the need to feed the ever-growing global population has been a topic of fierce argument recently among intellectuals across the world. However, I fully agree with the statement that such foods are an effective remedy to worldwide food scarcity.

One obvious advantage of GM foods is better production in lesser time which will ensure food for more people that too utilizing a few resources. In addition, these foods and their cultivation are a lot more environmentally-friendly than normal foods because the former are highly resilient to diseases, pests and insects which reduces the need to use harmful herbicides, pesticides, insecticides and so on. This also ensures that people get pure fruits and grains, for example, free from chemicals.

Better texture, varied flavors and improved nutritional values are some other qualities which make genetically modified foods a viable solution to shortage of food. When such high-quality foods are made available at cheaper prices, it will sure save governments and individuals substantial sums of money, not to mention the obvious health benefits for people. Further, longer shelf-life makes bioengineered foods easier to transport to distant places and store them. Last but not least, their potentially non-allergenic nature makes them Manna from heaven for the hungry millions.

In short, GM foods are the need of the hour. Therefore, the authorities across the world need to spring to action to mass-produce genetically-engineered foods and make them available to people thereby saving hundreds of thousands of lives from malnutrition and starvation.

Sample 5:

As the population is increasing at a fast rate across the world, a shortage of food is becoming a perplexing problem. Some individuals suggest that this can be addressed by genetically modified foods. In my opinion, I totally disagree with the statement since engineering genetic foods have a high risk of potential problems and negative environmental impacts.

The main issue of genetic modification organism is a risk of potential problems after having the food for a long-term. This is because scientists or nutritionists are not sure about the long-term effects and safety as it is a relatively new practice. For example, food allergic reactions have risen in the last decade such as nuts or dairy products, which resulted from consuming GM foods. In addition, there are also a large number of people who hold concerns about the potential risks to human health affected by GM crops such as inducing mutations in human genes. Therefore, numerous people have an inclination toward eating organic food rather than GM foods.

Another thing to consider is that the agricultural method of GMOs brings harmful effects on the environment and ecosystem. Firstly, the changes in the agricultural practice affect on the farming and where weeds or other harmful factors become stronger. This results in overuse of the toxic sprays such as pesticides and herbicides. Secondly, the new cultivation method is harmful for non-GMO crops and also insects or animals, which can lead to loss of biodiversity. To illustrate this, bees play an important role in the pollination of various food crops, but they are vulnerable from the sprays.

In conclusion, I am strongly opposed to the opinion that genetically modified foods can deal with

a shortage of food due to the world demographic growth. This is for the reason that it has potential problems affecting people’s health and it has negative effects on environmental impacts and biodiversity.

It is true that acquiring new language skills is by no means an easy task. Language learners might encounter several challenges such as unfamiliar accents or grammar structures in the learning process of a foreign language. However, in my opinion, such difficulties can be tackled by a well-rounded education system.

When it comes to languages, it is undeniably crucial to get used to a native accent and intonation for effective communication. However, picking up an accurate accent can be enormously difficult, especially for adult learners because of their lack of language learning ability. If a language learner has an unrecognisable accent and intonation, they would not be understood by native speakers. On top of that, each language has different grammar and typical grammatical sequencing of words. For example, Korean sentences always end with verbs whilst English does not, which means that a Korean English-learner should consider about the correct order of

words.

Despite the aforementioned difficulties, I strongly believe that everyone can master a foreign language when a couple of feasible steps are taken. Firstly, it is more important than anything to start learning a new language at a young age. By incorporating foreign language programmes in the primary school curriculum, children can easily be exposed to languages of the world and eventually acquire language skills without difficulties. Secondly, the government can financially subsidise schools to run student exchange programmes that help adolescents to get experiences abroad and make friends overseas while improving their foreign language in a delightful way.

In conclusion, I believe that individuals can have difficulties in learning a new language because of different accents and unfamiliar grammar, however, these problems can be overcome by a good quality of education system subsidised by governments.

Sample 2:

It is argued that to become competent in another nation’s language is a quite difficult job. This essay will suggest that finding a partner for practice is the main difficulty that people face and the best way to overcome this is by joining a group of people who are learning a particular language.

The primary problem that people have to tackle while they start learning a foreign language is a lack of practice. This is because there are very few people around their vicinity who have a keen interest in becoming proficient in another language. Without practice, they will not have enough command on the language which they are learning. For example, a recent survey by Cambridge University found that 55% of people admitted that they were not able to practice a newly learned language because they did not find anyone to practice with.

The best solution to this problem is to join a group where people are already practising the same language which they intend to learn. The members of the group share their experiences of how they are able to master a new language and the group discussions in a community enable them to have enough practice. This will make people fluent in the language. To illustrate, I was struggling a lot in learning English and my friend suggested me to join a local English learners group which I did. After a few weeks, I saw a drastic improvement in my language ability.

In conclusion, the main issue that people face while mastering a foreign language is a lack of sessions for practice. The best way to solve this is on joining a group of language learning enthusiasts.

Sample 3:

Learning a new language is indeed a herculean task for many, especially when it comes to adults. This essay will explore the factors which make learning a new language challenging and will also suggest some potent solutions to deal with the same.

To begin with, grown-ups particularly find it difficult to learn foreign vernaculars because as they grow, their brains lose that flexibility to adapt to any language and become hard-wired to specific languages that they speak or know since childhood. Moreover, the level of intelligence in an individual also matters as some people are blessed with superior cognition and hence are better equipped for learning an alien language. Also learning coherence and cohesion is the hardest part as one can learn vocabulary and rules of a language but putting them in order to make a grammatically correct sentence comes with a lot of struggle and practice. People also tend to apply their native tongue’s grammar and characteristics to make sense of an identically structured foreign language. Research conducted by Mark Pagel, an evolutionary biologist at the University of Reading in the U.S.A. states that the brain affects one’s thoughts and perceptions and it alters the way one thinks, hence our mother tongue tends to dominate our neural system which makes adhering to other languages an ambitious task.

To cope with this, firstly, although people may feel silly when they make mistakes while learning and practising a language, they must not feel bad about it or pretend to be perfect as everyone learns by making mistakes. An excellent approach is to uptake some other activity or skill and take instructions in the language to be learnt. For instance, in California ‘apprentice’ programmes are run in which apprentices pair up with the speakers of native American tongue to learn a traditional skill such as basket weaving, with instructions exclusively in the native language. After a certain time, learners become well-versed with that language. Furthermore, aspirants must also naturally try to get used to listening and understanding the language by watching foreign movies with descriptions in the form of subtitles in a known language through applications like Netflix as by doing so they come across various slangs, range of vocabulary and grammatical structures of sentences. It is an interesting way to grasp a language.

In summary, one needs to be motivated enough to get used to and memorize foreign languages. The advent of social media has eased this process as folks can converse with the native speakers and gain a lot of knowledge by making friends with them. Travelling overseas can also be of great help for becoming familiar with the international language.

Sample 4:

It is believed by many people that learning a different language is not easy. There are numerous factors that increase the difficulty of acquiring a foreign language, and this essay will discuss a couple of them and present some effective ways to learn a new language.

To begin with, a number of things can make learning another language difficult, and the primary ones are a lack of cultural knowledge and personality. With regard to the former, as its speakers’ culture and lifestyle are all inextricably bound up in one language, it is not possible to master it without an understanding of its culture. A good example of this can be seen in the case that many English speakers make a mistake with having conversation in Korean, where a variety of respective expressions are developed. Those who do not use respective words to the elderly, are sometimes considered to be very rude. As for personality, those with an outgoing character are usually likely to communicate more fluently than introvert people. As they put more emphasis on fluency than accuracy, which results in getting more chances to practice the language, consequently leading to a faster learning.

To combat this trouble, two solutions can be suggested to improve proficiency of a foreign language. Above all, one’s target language’s culture should be assimilated. This is because language can be acquired better through understanding its speakers’ way of thought, custom and even history, not to mention its linguistic properties. This can be easily achieved through books, movies, and internet blogs. On top of that, it is necessary to lessen worries about making mistakes. For this, not only are individual efforts inevitable, but also language instructors ought to create a relaxing learning atmosphere, so that learners can practice regardless of mistakes. All these can have a long-lasting effect on improving one’s language ability.

To conclude, a lack of cultural background knowledge and personal learning style are mainly responsible for the difficulty in learning a foreign language. Along with individual learners’ understanding of the target culture, language tutors’ efforts for comfortable learning atmosphere can be effectively implemented to overcome the problem.
