Currently, many parents tend to be busy working, and they need to rely on someone else to take care of their offspring. While some people think childcare organisations can offer the best care, I would argue that children should be looked after by their grandparents.

On the one hand, it is believed that youngsters should be sent to childcare centres for some reasons. The first one is that since those centres are professional organisations, their staff are often well trained and therefore have good babysitting skills. For example, when a child falls over and gets himself injured, the staff can react quickly and give him first aid. Furthermore, children can have a chance to make friends with their peers when coming there, which might increase their communication and language abilities. If they are looked after by their family at home, they might feel a bit lonely.

On the other hand, I believe it is a better idea for grandparents to take care of their grandchildren. Firstly, as grandparents have lived for many years and have brought up their own offspring, they have much more experience in raising children. For instance, they might know how to calm the baby down when he cries. Secondly, grandparents are family members, so they love their grandchildren more than other people do. As a result, they tend to spend much more time and effort caring for their grandchildren compared to a childcare staff member. Finally, youngsters looked after by their grandparents are likely to become more family-oriented and appreciate the value of a happy family.

In conclusion, while there are some benefits of children being sent to childcare centres, I believe their own grandparents should raise them.

Sample 2:

In the 21st century, dual-income families revel in a better financial hold and are likely to undergo less monetary stress. The question arises who should take responsibility for their children. Some people believe that the children should be taken care of by other family members. However, other people think that childcare can provide the best care for their children. This essay will discuss both points of view and give a viewpoint.

Firstly, children being taken care of by grandparents, or the rest of the family members has both ups and downs to a certain extent. In terms of goodness, having a guardian as a blood relative can be the best option for looking after children. For example, grandparents are willing to establish a strong bond with their grandchild and they always try to be nice to them by fulfilling the wishes of a grandchild. Moreover, the grandparents are so experienced in raising the child which can be beneficial for the parents for focusing more on their respective careers.

Similarly, sending children to a well-known childcare center is also a good option for parents who have nuclear families where grandparents are not there. For instance, childcare centers are well organized and well maintained and the employees are fully trained as it is an occupation for them, and they know what is right and wrong for the child. However, the child can be beneficial at a care center where physical l development is also taken into consideration. Furthermore, the children will be able to face the world by interacting with other humans.

To conclude, in this competitive world if the children are exposed to face the world by childcare center, then I strongly believe that it is the best option.

Nowadays, everyone believes in equality, and every woman and man are considered equally whether it's for a job, etc. To cope with the expenses every family is having more than one person earning and for people with children, it is difficult to handle them. However, parents have two options: taking help from other family members for childcare or sending them to a professional childcare center. I believe that children should be raised by a family member is more remarkable.

While taking care of offspring, the family member can teach the family values to the children. Initially, the children need love and affection which can be provided by family members or especially by grandparents. However, with age, the needs of the children get higher. This concern is handled as a personal issue by the family member. Furthermore, teenagers might feel insecure or self-doubt as now and then family members take care of them.

On the contrary, childcare centers are professionals and they know how to handle certain situations. Children might get new friends or guardians apart from family members and can learn how to approach new people. Despite meeting new people, they might feel lonely or isolated feeling as they are away from their homes. As they don’t know what is good or bad they are exposed to the real world where they might get influenced by evil-minded people.

In conclusion, the childcare centers are good but having a familiar environment with family members like grandparents would be a preferable condition for children.

Sample 4:

In the last few years, both parents working is a familiar scenario. However, it is difficult for them to balance their work life and personal life. While the main question is about not giving sufficient time to their children, for which they will either consult any childcare center or any other family member like grandparents. From my point of view, I believe family members are one of the most convenient options amongst the two.

Primarily, childcare centers are more professional based, and they have a fixed number of working hours, and they do not work 24 hours a day. However, other than self-employed parents might get stuck at work after working hours which can raise the question that what about the children after the childcare center gets closed. Even though childcare center offers trained staff for educating the offspring for physical and mental upbringing.

Similarly, children taken care of by family members can be beneficial as the family members can look after the youngster as their child. However, grandparents always want a good bond with their successor, and they try to be the best friends of the child, which can provide a good atmosphere for a better upbringing of the children. Moreover, youngsters looked after by their family members like grandfather or grandmother tend to be calmer and composed and they understand the values of family.

To sum up, parents work to improve the standard of living, and for the same reason, children should not be at suffering end. So, for their bright future, family members like grandparents should be the best option as they can establish a better connection with the children.

Sample 5:

The increasing living expenses these days mean that both parents have to contribute to the family finances. This brings about whether they should send their children to their grandparents or childcare centers for appropriate support while they are engaged at work. In my view, both sides have their pros and cons, but I am in favour of getting help from the grandparents.

There are two advantages that grandparents would make an appropriate choice. First grandparents have parenting experiences, so they would take good care of the children unconditionally with full of care, love, and attention. Secondly, children brought up by grandparents would receive moral lessons and traditional family values. This helps tighten the family bonding as people feel a common sense of interest. On the flip side, grandparents are not always good educators or caretakers in terms of a child's emotional development. Many grandparents often turn blind eyes to the children's faults or simply give them mild punishment. This unfortunately generates spoiled brats. However, if parents intervene at the right stage during the rearing, this problem could be avoided.

Sending children to nursery centers would help a child develop social interaction and communication skills. As children have the company of peers to play along with, they would soon develop these essential skills compared to staying home with grandparents. Moreover, childcare centers can also develop a child's academic development through educational toys and activities which would build up their confidence and creativity. On the flip side, even though childcare centers are officially accredited, they have a less emotional attachment to the children compared to the grandparents. So the child cannot receive as much attention, love, and consideration. Besides, childcare centers are profit-driven, meaning that they work for the financial benefits and children can suffer from overcrowding.

After careful consideration of both arrangements, I am confident that leaving the children with their grandparents is a better choice. However, if it is impossible to do so, sending children to childcare centers would not be a bad idea.

Sample 6:

In modern age, parents are constantly under considerable pressure of balancing between their business and family affairs. Thus, child-rearing is undoubtedly a subject of major concern to many parents. While some advocate the view that it is easy to ask family members to look after their children, others are of the opinion that children should be sent to childcare centers to get better care. Personally, I am convinced that both views have their own merits.

It is generally believed that children will benefit significantly as long as they are looked after by family members, particularly their grandparents. One principle reason is that grandparents are supposed to have extensive experience in child-rearing. Therefore, they know how to rear their grandchildren and how to give them a good living environment to develop fully. Moreover, on grounds of their blood relationship, grandparents are definitely willing to spend more time taking care of their grandchildren than childcare centers do. The fact that they can spend several hours telling their grandchildren fairy tales and traditional stories about family will create an invisible bond between family members and tie up the relationship among generations. As a result, children will develop better self-esteem/ confidence in interactions with others.

Despite those benefits, it is argued that childcare centers can be a suitable alternative choice for children with regard to social skills and safety when family members are not be able to take care of them. In fact, a host of studies about children’s behavior have concluded/ reckoned that those children who have interacted frequently with others since they were a little will quickly develop communication skills and be willing to share their own opinions. Besides, in childcare centers, employees are professionals in babysitting, as they are well-trained for this task. Accordingly, they know how to cope with these children in various circumstances, unexpected accidents for example.

All things considered; it is apparent that both approaches have their own benefits. Thus, neither of them is the only way to provide the best care for children. Parents should consider their own situation to make a suitable choice so that their children will benefit the best from it.

Sample 7:

Although it is common for parents these days to place their children that are pre-school age into childcare centres, some people criticise this and argue that children will receive a better level of care from relatives such as grandparents. Personally, I would argue that the best choice is to send children to a childcare centre.

Those that support care through grandparents cite several reasons for this. Firstly, they claim that this is the safest option due to the fact that they are family members so they can be trusted at all times to put the health and safety of the child first. Another important consideration is costs. Parents will have to pay to place their children in a childcare centre, and with the financial burdens that families face these days, using relatives to care for children would be a considerable cost saving.

Despite these benefits, there are clear advantages of using professional carers. First and foremost, staff members at most centres are fully trained in early childhood education so they understand child development and will be able to nurture the child’s growing skills in the best way. Not only this, since there are a mix of instructional activities during the day such as painting, singing, and storytelling, children’s creativity and learning will be developed. Last but not least, children can benefit from the opportunity to socialize with other children, which they might not get to do with a relative caring for them at home.

To conclude, I am of the opinion that the advantages of using childcare facilities to look after pre-school children clearly outweigh the benefits of using relatives. This is because the environment they are brought up in will result in children who are well-educated, creative and sociable.

Sample 8:

As the shape of family has been changed to a dual-income family, parenting by grandparents has become a solution to raise children. Some people argue that family members should take care the youth while others assert that it should be given by professional organizations. In this essay, I will discuss both views and suggest my own view.

It is true that childcare by grandparents became a common practice since parents cannot spend enough time to bring up youngsters because of excessive work. Parenting by grandparents has a positive effect on the development of children. The youth can enhance communication skills with different age groups which is one of the most required abilities recently. Moreover, grandparents can provide useful information or customs which has been conveyed from the ancestors and it is hard to achieve in contemporary society. Meanwhile, children who were raised by grandparents would become polite people since they were taught the attitude needed in the conversation with others.

However, the abilities of grandparents are not sufficient enough to raise their grandson because of the lack of physical fitness. That is why many parents send their children to childcare centers. Most rofessional organizations have a concrete system to bring up the youth using facilities and equipment that are suitable to educate them. Furthermore, in the organization, a number of tutors who are well-educated throughout numerous training courses and field experiences work for only children with professional knowledge. Therefore, sending young people to childcare centers creates a good influence on the development of them in both physical and academic perspectives.

In conclusion, while grandparents can provide practical education to the youth, I opine that parents should send their children to childcare organizations which can raise them in systematic ways and reduce the burden of grandparents.

Sample 9:

People have different views about whether they should choose caregivers from centers or their extended families' members to take care of their children while they are working. In my opinion, I believe that children should attend day care centers.

Some prefer the idea of having their relatives look after their children during the working times for some reasons. Firstly, they want a home-like environment which is surrounded by their familiars, which creates the warm and loving atmosphere for their young kids. Thus, their children will not find it hard to get to know their new teachers as well as classrooms. Secondly, from an economic perspective, grandparents babysitting will lower the tuition costs and save more budget for higher school-aged children. Finally, children's behaviors may become better when their grandparents are keeping their eyes on them.

In my view, early childhood care and a stable learning environment, which are provided by center-based childcare, will contribute to children's development more efficiently. Children are given age-appropriate curricula that are needed to stimulate their early numeracy and literacy skills, especially for preschoolers. For example, kids can participate in role plays; through plays, they can learn and develop both language skills and imagination. In addition, with full supervision and well-trained teachers, infants and toddlers can engage in outdoor activities like water play without parents' worries. Furthermore, kids can get into a good daily routine such as eating or taking a daytime nap, which benefits their parents' schedules a lot.

In conclusion, depending on circumstances and needs, parents can either let their children stay at home or enroll them in nursery schools. I personally support the view that children should experience the learning environment at childcare centers.
