Kính gửi Ông/Bà,

Tôi viết thư này để bày tỏ thất vọng về kỳ nghỉ gần đây của tôi tại Khách sạn Azure Haven từ ngày 17 đến ngày 20/7.

Đầu tiên, khi đến nơi, tôi phải chờ lâu để được nhận phòng mặc dù đã đặt phòng trước khá lâu. Thứ hai, tôi thất vọng vì vấn đề vệ sinh không được đảm bảo. Phòng tôi có mùi và giường là một đống lộn xộn. Thêm vào đó, một vài nhân viên rất chuyên nghiệp, nhưng một số khác lại tỏ ra thờ ơ khi khách có yêu cầu. Tôi tin là chúng tôi có quyền yêu cầu một lời giải thích và tôi mong sớm nhận được phản hồi từ ông/bà về vấn đề giải quyết phàn nàn này của tôi.
