You received an email from your friend, Lucas. He is planning a surprise graduation party for his older sister and needs your advice. Read his email below.

Hi!

My sister, Chloe, is finally graduating from university next month, and I want to throw her a surprise party. Since you know her well, I was wondering what you think.

Should we host the party at a cozy café or rent a large hall for a big celebration? Also, what kind of activities or games should we organize to make it fun? Lastly, I’m stuck on gift ideas - do you think a personalized photo album or a new laptop bag would be better?

Nowadays, many people prefer to live in large cities because of better job opportunities and modern facilities. However, others believe that living in the countryside provides a better quality of life due to the peaceful environment and lower cost of living. Nowadays, a large number of individuals choose to reside in large cities because of better employment prospects and modern facilities. However, others believe that dwelling in the rural regions offers a higher quality of life thanks to its peacefulness and low living costs. In my opinion, although cities provide more opportunities for personal development, the countryside is a preferable place to settle down in the long run.

On the one hand, urban life brings several merits. First of all, cities offer a wider range of career opportunities, especially for young adults who want to build successful careers. These areas are also equipped with modern infrastructure such as advanced hospitals, prestigious universities, and efficient public transit systems. In addition, city dwellers can easily access entertainment services, technology, and various social activities.

On the other hand, the countryside provides a calmer and healthier lifestyle that urban areas cannot replicate. One major benefit is the cleaner environment, since rural areas usually suffer less from air pollution, traffic congestion, and noise. As a result, people may experience lower levels of stress and enjoy better physical health. Furthermore, the cost of living in the countryside is generally more affordable. For instance, housing prices and daily expenses are often much lower than those in major cities, allowing families to live more comfortably without financial pressure. Rural communities are also known for their strong sense of neighborhood and closer social relationships.

In conclusion, both cities and the countryside have their own advantages. However, I believe that the peaceful environment and healthier lifestyle in rural areas make the countryside a more suitable place for people who want long-term happiness and balance in life.
