Three students meet in Munich. Hans, from Germany, Frank from Switzerland and Peter from Austria. They know each other from university. Hans talks about his holiday in northern Germany.
"I went to the station by bus. There I took a train to the North Sea. My parents live on an island that can only be reached by ferry. On the island I ride a bike. I love the North Sea because can see the ships in the distance. My parents also have a sailboat, with which I often sail to another island.
Frank says "I like travelling to other countries. Last year I was in Spain. There I rented a car and travelled through the country. In some of the cities I have took a tram. In Paris I took the subway.
Peter then tells. "I love the mountains and nature and have travelled around with a scooter. Unfortunately, there are many lorries on the motorways. I don't like that.'
