Woman: Oh, hello! I’m just warming up my voice before the big show tonight. It’s the opening night, you know.

Man: That’s exciting! How long have you been preparing for this?

Woman: Well, the other actors and actresses have been practicing for 3 months to get everything perfect.

Man: And I heard you have a very important part this time?

Woman: Yes, I’m so happy. I work as an actor and I’m going to have a big role as Othello in the play.

Man: Is it a difficult job?

Woman: It can be. Professional acting can be very challenging at times, both physically and mentally. But I love it.

Man: What makes live theatre so special to you?

Woman: It's the connection. The audience reacts to everything that’s happening around them. In this way, acting live on stage is unique. You don't get that in movies.
