The globalisation era nowadays is changing children habit to compare with the previous era in the aspect of eating habit and lifestyle. Some people believe that the eating habit and lifestyle have negative effects on children's life especially their health and poor friendship. In my opinion, it is a fact that children eating habit and lifestyle have changed dramatically that has dangerous influences. The drawback of it will be presenting on this paper.

First of all, eating habit will affect the children health. It is important to notice that the current children commonly find out the easiest and the fastest way to find the food. Many ways to acquire the food but one better and faster way is fast food or junk food, which is provided in every corner of a city such as hamburger, pizza, etc. It is important to become aware of that this kind of food is not containing nutrition. Meanwhile, in the young ages are better to consume nutrition food which useful for their brain. The drawback of eating fast food is getting obesity, which is becoming common illness of young people nowadays.

Moreover, children lifestyle also leads to lack of socialising with other people. More and more children nowadays spend time playing computer games in their bedroom which have beneficial outcomes to train their mind. In contrast, this habit has many disadvantages, for example, becoming addicted which lead to the lack of contact with their friends and also get sick because they never do exercises. Furthermore, the children should be able to manage time wisely between playing computer games and socialising with other people.

In conclusion, it should be put in our attention that children’s activities nowadays are different to several years ago. Most today children’s habits are eating and playing computer games which affect their health, for example, obesity. The parents are responsible for helping their children to prevent them from any kinds of illness.

It has recently been suggested that the way children eat and live nowadays has led to a deterioration in their health. I entirely agree with this view and believe that this alarming situation has come about for several reasons.

To begin with, there is the worrying increase in the amount of processed food that children are eating at home, with little or none of the fresh fruit and vegetables that earlier generations ate every day. Secondly, more and more young people are choosing to eat in fast-food restaurants, which may be harmless occasionally, but not every day. What they eat there is extremely high in fat, salt and sugar, all of which can be damaging to their health.

There is also a disturbing decline in the amount of exercise they get. Schools have become obsessed with exams, with the shocking result that some pupils now do no sports at all. To make matters worse, few even get any exercise on the way to and from school, as most of them go in their parents' cars rather than walk or cycle. Finally, children are spending far more time at home, playing computer games, watching TV or surfing the Internet. They no longer play outside with friends or take part in challenging outdoor activities.

To sum up, although none of these changes could, on its own, have caused widespread harm to children's health, there can be little doubt that all of them together have had a devastating effect. This, in my opinion, can only be reversed by encouraging children to return to move traditional ways of eating and living.

Sample 3:

It is an undeniable fact that the food habits and lifestyle have changed from the previous generations. People nowadays are into eating fast foods and using mobile and computers. This is increasingly popular among youths. In this essay, we will discuss if these habits have a negative impact on their health.

Children and the youth nowadays prefer fast food. Fast food uses oil and other materials which are harmful for our body. These edibles have high fat and calorie content which causes obesity and high blood pressure. Additionally, the lifestyle has changed due to late sleeping hours. These bad sleeping patterns can cause mental stress and depression. Previously people used to eat homemade foods and slept by 9P.M at night. They used to wake up early in the morning. Now, this pattern has totally changed which causes negative impacts on our life. Definitely healthy food habits from past generations have changed drastically leading to new diseases.

With the advancement of technology, computers and mobile phones have made their place in our life. These are the reasons why youth are not spending much time playing outdoors with friends. They play games on their laptops and playstations. Also, virtual gaming is now becoming a trend with more competitions and awards. These kinds of addiction can generate early eyesight and headache problems. Also, since children are not going outside to play, they are becoming unfit at a very early stage of life. In addition to this, children watch more television shows instead of reading books. Watching more television has an impact on their eyes and minds. Social media has also changed the lifestyle of many young people.

Bad food habits and excessive use of electronic gadgets have very bad consequences on children. There can be serious health issues and decline in physical fitness.

Many people agree with the fact that the eating habits and the lifestyle have changed from the past generation. This is damaging to the health of kids and the whole generation. I completely agree with the point.

Sample 4:

One could say that people's health and way of life have changed over the past few years all over the world. While some people think that this change has many negative effects, I would argue that there have been more positive ones.

Without the scientific knowledge that we have today, many people in the past didn't get the right diet. Everyone is aware of the essential nutrients they require for a healthy diet thanks to the information we have. For instance, in the past, pirates frequently contracted scurvy, a disease brought on by a lack of vitamin C. However, thanks to research, people were able to determine the causes of the disease and implement a diet richer in nutritious foods to prevent illness.

In addition, despite its importance to people's well-being, the idea of staying fit and active was never brought up in prior years. However, health research has consistently urged students to engage in physical activity at a young age to maintain fitness. For instance, until the tenth grade, physical education is required in Australia. This guarantees that the students will be able to maintain their fitness throughout subsequent years. As a result, more people learn about the negative effects of sitting around and live long lives.

In conclusion, despite the fact that our eating habits and way of life are very different from those of our grandparents. I believe that the positive outcomes for us and future generations will result from the changing nature of these areas.
