The significant rises of the population, fast paced life, crime rate and dependency on technology in the urban areas make more people become unacquainted with and unfriendly to their neighbours. However, there are measures that can be taken to alleviate this issue.

In today’s technology dependent era, people are mostly busy with their own work. Major streets in the cities are filled with busy people walking fast to reach their office or business place. They are even busy talking to their office colleagues and family members over the phone. After they return home late in the evening, they watch television, use computer and the Internet or spend time with family members. They scarcely have any time to socialise with neighbours. In some scenarios, people do not even know who lives next door in city areas. These are the everyday scenarios in the cities where social interactions could be rarely seen as individuals have no time to socialise and are much focused on their own work or personal interests.

Again, the rampant acceleration of crimes in the urban community makes individuals become unnecessarily cautious and suspicious about other people, especially with the people they meet for the very first time. Even trusting their own neighbourhood would be tough for them as they are in constant fear of being harmed. As a result, inhabitants of cities tend to become isolated as they are afraid to mingle because of undeveloped acquaintance. Unlike rural areas, where comparatively fewer people live together, city areas are highly populated, and it is not unlikely that several thousands of people live in a block. Maintaining social relationships with all of them is thus quite impossible.

On the other hand, considering possible measures to improve a sense of community in the neighbourhood community officials must organise programmes regularly to encourage camaraderie. Secondly, building more parks, social gathering places, community centres and children’s playground in the community could be a good measure to let people socialise and get to know each other. This is also helpful for meeting friends, bonding with family and neighbours. As a result, people living in the community would develop a sense of friendship. Positive news and events among community members should be highlighted in the media to eradicate the fear people have about unknown people. Finally, organising different community groups to help people find others with the same interest and to share common passions is a very effective measure to help people enhance their neighbouring bonds and relationship in my opinion.

To sum it up, city life and the overwhelming population should not be hindrances to our sense of community and our relationship with our neighbours. It would be nicer for the community to develop a friendly environment to create a better place to live in with all the neighbours.

Sample 2:

Nowadays, most people have little time to socialize with their neighbours. This happened due to the busy life of individuals which is caused by economic problems they tackle with. This essay cites a few causes and provides some solutions to alleviate this issue.

The main reason for this problem that the public does not know their neighbours is their busy lives. These days, individuals should work hard in order to provide welfare for their families. For example, in a nuclear family, both man and woman might have a nine-to-five job in order to earn high revenue. On the other hand, there are always traffic jams in metropolitans, especially in rush hours. So, employees are stuck in traffic and spend most of their time commuting. As a result, they have no energy to communicate with their neighbours on weekdays, and at the weekends they want to rest and regain their energy to start the week energetically.

However, there are some solutions to make free hours to socialize with each other. Firstly, most countries have some traditional events nations celebrate. People could plan a ceremony to celebrate these special events together. For instance, they could gather in one’s home or if the building has a garden they could meet each other there. In addition, families who have children could let them play with each other and strike a friendship. In this way, the child’s parents meet and get to know others’ parents as well.

In conclusion, economic situations and bustling lives are causing society to have less time to know the next-door families. But there are some suggested ways to rectify it, such as celebrating traditional events together or by allowing their children to strike up a friendship.

Sample 3:

People living in cities have lost their sense of communication most likely as a result of their busy schedules. They usually wake up early in the morning to get to the office and return late at night. This is a very common practice now a days. Due to this, they are unable to even communicate nor say a simple "Hi" to their neighbors. In fact, they only get a limited amount of time to interact with family members, so they prefer to spend the weekend with them. As a result, it's possible that they won't even notice the neighbors.

In addition, a widespread trend among people today is a preference for spending time alone and interacting with others on social media platforms like Instagram and Facebook. They probably find this more exciting and interesting than meeting people in their neighborhoods. Another reason why they don't interact as much is that people who move into newly established housing societies come from all over the country. It's hard for these people to step outside of their comfort zones to meet new people. For instance, they might prefer not to see each other because they don't share common interests in politics or food. There are instances where neighbours do not know each other though they have been living in the same building for years. If something happens to a person living in the next flat, we are unaware of it. This can cause serious problems and might have bad implications.

Since it's hard to live alone, having a strong sense of community is important. It can be instilled if residents of a community hold once a week gathering at which they can meet. It can be a religious gathering, similar to Friday prayers for Muslims or Sunday worship at church. To organize get-togethers, society can form a board of elderly people who live in every house and are mostly free. This could take the form of a high tea or dinner which everyone should be required to attend. It is likely that this will make things better.

In conclusion, men become unsocial for a variety of reasons, which can be controlled. If not controlled, the rate of isolation will rise alarmingly, which has serious health effects.

Sample 4:

It is widely believed that a greater percentage of people are unaware of their neighbors. As a result, the term "togetherness" does not apply in today's world. There are multiple factors contributing to this development but the most important is lack of community sense. We will also discuss a few solutions to the problem in this essay.

Firstly, it depends more on the area which a person is living in. It might be suburban or urban areas. In the suburban areas, the majority of crimes are committed in the districts that are further away or are isolated. Since there is no guarantee of safety, the group instinct is more likely to be absent. If we return to the people who live in the city, their daily routines appear to be erratic and busy. This is the main reason for the city people not to communicate with each other. We live a fast lifestyle in the metropolitan cities. Hence, communication becomes impossible due to the lack of time. As a result, we ought to raise the alarm for a few events that might bring everyone in the neighborhood together.

This can start with setting up a cooperative community center where everyone could apply for a specific position. For instance, there is a location in each Russian apartment building that provides particular services. People will need to use their teamwork skills if there is a broken elevator, and they are unhappy with the building's operations. On the other hand, people ought to take care of this problem on their own, as there won't be anyone to report anything suspicious. It is essential to consider making a neighbor your friend as a significant and life-saving act. There might be accidents in the apartment and the neighbours are the first ones to come and help. Authorities will take time to reach the location and hence, the people living around you come first.

In conclusion, it's possible that bringing a sense of unity to the table is not the most significant issue. However, I believe that creating a community centre will help people interact and know each other.

Sample 5:

The substantial climbs of the populace, fast-paced lifestyle, crime rate and dependence on technologies in the metropolitan areas make more individuals unacquainted and unfriendly to their acquaintances. Nevertheless, there are steps which may be taken to resolve this matter.

In the modern technology-dependent age, individuals are mostly occupied with their work. Essential roads in the towns are full of busy people walking quickly to reach their workplace or business. They are even occupied speaking to their office coworkers and relatives over the telephone. As soon as they come home late at night, they watch tv, use the Web or spend some time with relatives. They barely have any opportunity to socialise with neighbors. In certain situations, people do not even understand who resides next door in town locations. These are the regular scenarios from the towns in which social interactions might be seldom viewed as folks do not have an opportunity to socialise and focus on their work or personal interests.

Also, the uncontrolled acceleration of crimes in the urban neighborhood makes people cautious and suspicious about others, particularly with those they meet for the first moment. Thus, inhabitants of towns tend to become isolated as they are scared to mingle due to undeveloped acquaintance. Unlike rural locations, where relatively fewer individuals live collectively, city places are inhabited, and it is not improbable that many tens of thousands of individuals reside in a block.

On the flip side, considering possible steps to enhance a community’s feeling in the area, community officials should organise programmes frequently to promote camaraderie. Second, building more parks, social gathering areas, community centers, and children’s playgrounds in the community might be a significant step to allow people to socialise and understand each other. Because of this, individuals living in the area would create a feeling of friendship. Ultimately, organising distinct community groups to help people locate others with the same interest and discuss common passions is an effective step to help individuals improve their millionaires and connection, in my own opinion.

To sum up, city life and overpowering inhabitants should not be hindrances to our awareness of our connection with our neighbors. It would be simpler for your community to develop a friendly environment to make a much better place to reside in with the neighbours.

Sample 6:

It has been observed that an increasing number of people are unknown to their neighbours. Out of any reasons, technology is one of the reasons, and arranging social events is one of the solutions to make people socialize with their neighbours.

First off, Technology. To elaborate, people work around the clock, and when they get tired, they prefer to use electronic devices to play games and communicate with their near and their ones. Thus, they have fewer interactions physically with their neighbours. For instance, WhatsApp, Facebook, and Instagram entertain individuals. People spend a lot of time seeing the reels and messages instead of visiting them in person. Even they chat or make video calls to avoid going a few steps to meet others.

A lot of things can be done to strengthen the bonding of neighbours. Arranging social events can work well. To explain it, social programs can bring people close to each other. Individuals spare some time to attend those functions when they are invited on such occasions. Even their short presence at these events can give them a chance to be a part of a debate or gossip. They will feel light and would prefer to visit such occasions more and more. To exemplify it, local festivals, marriages, and birthday parties are such memorable periods which can bridge the communication gap. They will be more interested in making their neighbourhood beautiful and upgraded. The regular visits to each other’s homes will make them outspoken.

To conclude, it is clear that technology has made people reserved, and people avoid visiting other’s places just for the sake of entertaining themselves more on it. Besides, arranging social programs is beneficial to mitigate the conversational gap. Individuals would participate in those events and put forward their plans to make their surroundings pleasant.

Sample 7:

Nowadays, most individuals are not introduced to their neighbourhoods. In my opinion, it is happening to a lack of socializing with each other and a busy lifestyle. I will briefly discuss these causes and give some possible solutions in the following paragraphs.

To begin with, in the fast-paced world, people don’t feel able to spend time with their neighbours due to their busier lifestyle. To be more precise, nowadays, people want to earn more money and live luxurious lifestyles; they work long hours and feel tired after their jobs. For instance, in the nuclear family, men and women both work in an office and sometimes they spend most of their time travelling, so they feel less energetic and don’t involve in talking with neighbours. Moreover, people want to relax into their busier life on the weekends. Therefore, they are taking a rest and don’t get to communicate with neighbours.

In addition, sometimes people do not communicate with their next-door due to a lack of social skills. Specifically, many people have extroverted natures; they are not involved in any type of social activities. They do not understand neighbours’ benefits and always close the door when the next-door families try to interact with them. For example, in metropolitan cities, people always close their doors, concentrate on their work, and do not provide interest to talk with others.

However, there are different solutions to tackle this situation. Firstly, people organize social events at the weekends in their society and must involve all members of the buildings. In this way, every weekend, people interact with each other and realize the importance of neighbours. Secondly, since parents give permission to their children to get along with each other and play different games, children must introduce themselves to others and enhance their knowledge by exchanging important notes and experiences, which helps to improve their social skills. Another important thing is that individuals get along with next-door people, which can be useful to share and solve each other’s problems. For example, women always interact with their neighbours, which can be helpful in both good and bad situations. Hence, there are various ways to express feelings about the neighbourhood.

In conclusion, although, in the modern era, people don’t spend their valuable time with neighbours due to complex lifestyles and lack of social skills, however, there are different ways to solve this problem, such as organizing social events and functions which try to must people include and allow to children for playing games with neighbour’s child and exchange things and knowledge.

Sample 8:

In recent years, it has become increasingly common for individuals to be less connected with their immediate neighbors. In my opinion, this is largely a result of a more insular society and can be somewhat alleviated through initiatives that encourage more community interaction.

The main reason that many residents today do not often speak with their neighbors is that the world is more physically isolated. In past generations, people were more in the habit of going outside and occupying their time by talking with those living nearby. Today, the rise of technology allows the average person to do a variety of activities online including talking with friends, watching movies, playing computer games, and listening to music. These habits now occupy the vast majority of a person’s time and there is no longer a need to interact with one’s neighbor out of boredom or a feeling of connection.

This modern tendency can be countered by more communal activities. Since there is no reversing technological advancement, it must be countered through proactive measures. An example of this would be a local government organizing a festival or musical performance in a park. Neighbors who meet at such events are likely to form connections and thereafter remain in contact as either casual acquaintances or actual friends. If governments are unwilling to undertake such initiatives, then local citizens can also organize various events. The result over time will be a gradual thawing of relations between neighbors.

In conclusion, the way people live today leads to less interaction with one’s neighbors and this phenomenon can be mitigated with more community events. If nothing is done, society will only become more fractured and alienating.

Sample 9:

It is vastly believed that a larger number of people are not aware of their neighbours. Consequently, in this situation, the term of togetherness is not applicable at all. Regardless, the lack of community sense may be identified by a series of reasons, that will be illustrated below. Additionally, this essay is going to cover a few solutions to tackle a problem.

First and foremost, it might be dependent on whether the issue is related to either suburban or urban areas. Speaking of the former, according to the common and biased statistics, the majority of crimes are committed in the furthest districts. Therefore, the group instinct is more likely to be absent, as long as there is no security guarantee. Referring back to the city inhabitants, their daily regimen appears to be unstable, and that would be a good example to highlight the issue. Compared to the rural cooperations, where the families are striving to live a relaxed life, the metropolitan areas are the hastiest. Hence, we should ring the alarm for some activities that could bring all the neighbourhood together.

On the one hand, the best solution might be establishing a cooperative community centre, where everyone would be able to get a certain position. For instance, in each Russian block of flats there is a place, which provides for particular services. If there is a broken elevator and people are unsatisfied with the building's operations, they will have to address to their teamwork abilities. On the other hand, people should take care of this issue themselves, otherwise, there will be no one to call the police if something suspicious happens. Befriending a neighbour must be considered as an important and life-saving act.

In conclusion, bringing the sense of togetherness to the table might not be the most significant trouble. However, if there was one, I would like to stick to the community centre plan, to brighten the neighbours' gloomy days with refreshing activities.
