Communication survey: questions Are you learning a second language at the moment? Do you speak more than two languages? Do you ever speak English outside class? Do you ever visit websites that are in another language? Do you ever post comments or messages in another language? Do you ever listen to English songs? My mother is the person I admire most. She devoted a lot of time and energy to the upbringing of my two brothers and I. Despite working hard, she always made time to teach us many useful things which are necessary and important in our later lives. Moreover, she is a good role model for me to follow. She always tries to get on well with people who live next door and help everyone when they are in difficulties, so most of them respect and love her. I admire and look up to my mother because she not only brings me up well but also stands by me and gives some help if necessary. For example, when I encounter some difficulties, she will give me some precious advice to help me solve those problems. She has a major influence on me and I hope that I will inherit some of her traits.

This year my grandmother is over seventy years old. She still looks healthy because she keeps the habit of walking every morning. Her face was plump and kind. Her gray-brown eyes were always a gentle, warm glow. Her hair was waist-length, more white than half. My grandmother is also a person who loves her children deeply. I have grown up with the sweet apathy she lulled, with so many wonderful fairy tales she tells. Every night, her skinny, wrinkled hands patted me back to sleep. I really love my grandmother. I wish she was always healthy to live happily with her children and grandchildren.

I admire my older brother a lot. He's like a superhero to me. He's always there to protect me and make me laugh when I'm feeling down. Even when things get tough, he never gives up. He works really hard to achieve his goals and never complains. What I admire most about him is his kindness. He's always thinking about others and goes out of his way to help people in need. He's my role model, and I hope to be as brave and caring as him one day.

I admire my grandma a lot. She's always smiling and kind to everyone. Even when things are tough, she stays strong and positive. She helps people whenever she can, giving her time and love freely. What I admire most is her inner strength. She never gives up, no matter what. She's like a rock, always there for us. Her faith and belief in goodness inspire me every day. Being around her makes me feel safe and happy. I'm really lucky to have her in my life.
