Ta có cấu trúc: “apologize (+ to somebody) + for + V-ing” (xin lỗi ai vì đã làm gì). Bên cạnh đó, ta cần biến đổi tính từ sở hữu “your” thành “my” khi chuyển từ câu trực tiếp sang câu gián tiếp.
Dịch nghĩa: Emma xin lỗi tôi vì đã làm mất quyển sách của tôi.
