This is An Binh Commune Radio Station. The rainy season is coming so today's special programme will tell you about what you should do before, during and after a storm. Before a storm, each family should prepare an emergency kit with necessary things like plasters, basic medicine, whistle, bottles of water, food etc. Bring in outdoor things like flowerpots or rubbish bins because they can get blown away by strong winds. Strengthen your house if necessary.
During a storm, stay inside. Even when the rain and winds stop, wait because the storm may start up again. Stay away from windows and glass doors. They could break and hurt you. Gather in the safest room in the house.
After the storm, don't leave your house right away. Listen to important instructions from local authorities. They may warn you about which parts of your area are dangerous and should be avoided. Stay away from broken power lines.

Protecting the environment is one of the most important challenges of our time. Carbon dioxide is a major contributor to global warming and climate change. It is released into the atmosphere primarily from transport, industry, and deforestation. If we want to combat climate change, we must reduce carbon emissions by switching to cleaner energy sources and reducing our carbon footprint.
Renewable energy sources such as solar, wind, and hydropower are essential in reducing our reliance on fossil fuels. These energy sources do not produce harmful emissions and are considered environmentally friendly. Additionally, by using energy more efficiently and reducing consumption, we can lower the demand for energy production and decrease the pollution generated by power plants.
Protecting natural habitats, especially forests, is also crucial in the fight against climate change. Forests act as carbon sinks, absorbing carbon dioxide and releasing oxygen into the atmosphere. By conserving forests and planting more trees, we can help mitigate the effects of carbon emissions and maintain a healthier planet for future generations.
