Overall, the majority of postgraduates are dissatisfied with the school library’s digital products while most undergraduates enjoy them. Additionally, although the variety of materials received unfavorable notions from the postgraduates, over one-third of the undergraduates rate it as high-quality.

Regarding students’ perspectives on how diverse the choices of books are, half of the students pursuing advanced degrees do not find it good. Furthermore, only over one quarter are satisfied and 22% of them are impressed. The figures for undergraduate students are more balanced, with 37% and 35% of this category compliment it and are satisfied, respectively, while the lowest proportion of this group are disappointed.

Also, the feedback of undergraduates and postgraduates on digital materials largely differs. While the majority of those still studying (68%) are highly content with the material, most of those already receiving a degree (62%) think otherwise. Only one-fifth of these two groups were satisfied with digital books, and this leads to the rest of the two groups again having opposite ideas about the books.

Moreover, in the non-printed materials category, nearly six in ten proportion of postgraduates said that the material was not good. 16% had shown very good behaviour and just over one-fifth were satisfied.
