Sample 1:
If a murderer is given the death penalty, then everyone in society is also guilty of the crime. The issue if a jail term is preferable to the death penalty or not has been raised by this scenario in society. Individually, I believe that life in jail without the possibility of parole is the best, most rational, and most moral method to cope with murderers.3
There is no simple explanation for why people kill, thus a single act motivated by a number of circumstances should not be used to decide whether or not someone else's life should be taken. Among the most severe things a person can do is kill another person, it's not just a matter of coming up with a plan and carrying it out like most other chores are, rather, there's an internal battle going on between the killer's emotions and thoughts. As a result, basing a person's fate on their conduct of the past is unethical and should be eliminated.
It would be a contradiction to kill the person who committed the crime. When a person is condemned to die by the legal system, which is comprised of individuals chosen by society, the general population unwittingly takes on the role of the murderer. Nobody ought to have to shoulder the guilt for the repercussions of actions they did not take or cause. In addition, the cash that is used for the court system comes from the general public. As a result, not only the judgment but also the money is taken to carry out an activity that the majority of people would consider immoral.
In the end, putting murderers to death as a punishment is not an ethical choice. As a culture, people must work together to fix this unfair system and create our community a safer place for us and the next generation.
Sample 2:
Society has an obligation to look out for its members' safety. One such method is reducing the severity of punishments for criminals and murderers. Instead of executing them, many people think it would be better to put them in prison. Even though it's unlikely they'll ever be able to conduct crimes again, some people believe it's preferable to terminate their lives anyhow. This is why, among others, I believe that a life sentence in prison is the most appropriate penalty for murder.
In today's world, there are a variety of methods for committing crimes, as well as a growing population explosion. In addition, administrations in emerging areas have tough rules about illegal acts. They make an effort to determine who the actual culprit is and punish them accordingly. In point of fact, they are looking for more people to make sure it is the end of every wrongdoing, and they do not wish to get those people another chance. In addition, they are of the opinion that there is insufficient room for all the killers.
On the other side, the vast majority of people are of the opinion that offenders should spend their time behind bars as the most appropriate form of punishment. They are also able to modify their beliefs, and they can make up for their wrongdoing by participating in acts of kindness and charity. They also bring up another problem, which is the possibility that the justice system can fail to identify actual criminals or make an error about the severity of their sentence.
In conclusion, I agree with this statement because of all the reasons I gave above. We can give all criminals, even murderers, a chance to think about what they did and feel bad about it. They can also try to make up for their mistakes.
Sample 3:
Today's globe has steadily increased crime rates. There are many people who believe that the death penalty is akin to murder. They favor a receptive judicial system instead. Canceling the death penalty is a controversial proposal that I do not support. And this is because sending a strong message to would-be murderers by punishing them is important, and it is wasteful to put people who cannot be rehabilitated into public prisons, where they will use public resources forever.
To begin, a sentence of life in jail is an unnecessary use of the money provided by the taxpayers. It is common knowledge that the administration of correctional facilities comes at a high expense. As a consequence of this, it is a waste to put money into murderers who will never be allowed to rejoin society after serving their sentences.
Moreover, there is no other way that is as successful as the death sentence in preventing people from engaging in criminal behavior. In other words, by not showing pity to those who have committed murder, we demonstrate that the life of any human being is valuable, and as a result, we deter other criminals from committing any kind of murder.
In conclusion, there are more important ways to spend tax dollars than on murderers and rapists, and the death penalty has been proven to be highly successful at discouraging violent criminals. In my opinion, we are not making the correct choice by abolishing the death penalty. More nations are expected to reevaluate their use of the death penalty in the future in light of this research.
Sample 4:
Nowadays human life is being protected under the law of justice. Some people prefer that life in prison after committing a murder, while others think that the death penalty should be executed as soon as possible. In my opinion, I disagree that the death penalty should be forbidden, and, in this essay, I would explain my latter view.
Firstly, it is wasting the resources that are provided by the government. As there would be a burden for people to pay taxes in order to keep on the maintenance. For example, those criminals who live in prison are allowed to use the facilities of prison as long as they could. These seemed like living in isolated places where a daily basis is provided without paying. Although they do have some duty work, it was just some simple tasks. So, the resources required would rise as the population of the life-sentenced in prison forever increase.
Besides that, responsibility seems relatively untrustworthy by just being life in prison after a precious life is being ended. There might be some people who plan to kill. For instance, they could hire to kill and search for a scapegoat. Also, if the scapegoat has well behaved as time passed, they may reward with a release as an exception. While the mastermind had gotten away flawlessly and still committed a crime. In the end, they will not admit it and won't realise their mistake. These endanger the community and may cause future sequela.
In conclusion, besides the usage of resources could be better in other domains, but also lack of responsibility after a crime will do harm in the future. In my view, the death penalty should be preserved in order to manage the order publicity and prevent the life lost.
Sample 5:
Several individuals are of the opinion that criminals must not be hanged because the death penalty is also a criminal offence. They suggest life in prison to be a better option for the law offenders. I strongly agree with the assertion that criminals must not be killed. The essay below will discuss this view at length.
First and foremost, some prisoners are wrongly accused of crimes they did not commit. Therefore, hanging an innocent soul because of court injustice is unfair. That is why I support that criminals must not face the death penalty. For instance, in 2015 the Zimbabwe high court had a case of a twin brother confessing to having killed their mother, while the other twin was wrongly arrested and had already served one year in jail awaiting to be hanged. In such a case the first twin was going to die without justice being served.
Furthermore, the jail has become a rehabilitation centre for some convicts. Therefore, the death penalty means there is no time to repent and change their ways. Hence, I agree that those in jail should not be hanged but rather spend the rest of their lives in prison. For example, there is a television program in South Africa where they interview prisoners. Almost 90% of the convicts show remorse towards their actions and mostly ask for forgiveness from the people they wronged. If such prisoners were killed, then they would not get time to confess and ask for pardon.
In conclusion, the essay above agreed that criminals must not be given the death penalty, it is better for them to spend the rest of their lives in prison. This is because there are innocent people in jails who are convicted for crimes they did not commit, and prison sometimes changes the convict's character. These and other issues were discussed in the essay above.
